This is a pretty good prognostication, maybe the best to date. I think the final playoff bracket will look a lot like this one, with key bubble teams interchangeable with key at-large predictions, depending on who wins and loses the last few regular season matchups.

Why would you place McNeese with a first round home game and SFA on the road to Monatana?

Real simple, Bill. After setting out the 4 seeds, the rest of the home games are decided by a bidding process. I don’t believe SFA would bid enough to host. Because I believe McNeese does, that sends the other SLC team, SFA to Missoula.

Jackrabbits get dissed by most sites even after they keep demonstrating that they have a REALLY GOOD D. It’s nice to see the Jacks FINALLY picked to get the W vs SIU in Brookings.

Prior to the season I picked the Jacks to go 9-2, and it appears I may get that yet.

SFA has been a surprisingly good team. They have a reasonable shot at that.

Looks good! Keep ’em coming Rob!

The game really is a coin flip. You have to give the home team a slight edge. We have another week to evaluate the new QB at SIU. This could change after the weekend.
