Yes NDSU is a favorite but the smack that occurs after an App st. loss or a Montana loss is quite different than after NDSU gets made to look a fool on the football field. Not by me, it's not. From my exerpience, a lot of the real jobs on that list will go to internal candidates or are eliminated due to the economy, prior to hiring.
