I'm not going to say that Villanova would have won with John Robertson, because I have no idea, but I do know that Polony's biggest weakness in his game (accuracy) is Robertson's greatest strength.

Both had outstanding seasons....Robertson stats for 11 games. Wasilewski 12. Could have gone either way. Wasilewski's team had the better season. His tight end was way more talented than anyone Robertson had to throw to though. PASSING STATS G Comp Att Int Pct Yds TD's Wasilewski, 12 255- 370- 7 68...

Quarterback... Wasilewski had a very good season, but what Robertson did this year has almost no historical precedent and he did it against an insanely difficult schedule.

John Robertson not getting first team quarterback is hilarious. Did every coach vote for his own player except for one, who happened to vote for the Maine kid?

God forbid two teams don't want to subject their teams to unnecessary risk. I wish more coaches had the balls to do this.

John Robertson just became the first Villanova quarterback to run for 1,000 yards in a season. Not too bad for a freshman who was second string on the first day of the season.
