Re: MSU has great defense.
He had -18 yards rushing vs. UND. They won't piss a drop in the playoffs. Especially if the road goes through Fargo again, which it most likely will. No way they score more than 25 against NDSU, and their D will get steamrolled. 25? More like 10, if that. That would be an ugly football game for the...

Re: MSU has great defense.
He had -18 yards rushing vs. UND. They won't piss a drop in the playoffs. They were up 26 to 7 at half. What's your point? One of those TD's was by their defense too so they scored a whole 22 points vs. UND at home. I would say they played a good defense that day and struggled mightily compared to ...

Re: MSU has great defense.
It actually is the worst in the history of football....but it got everyone to read this. Prukop is a beast out there. He has more rushing TDs than UM has as a team. He has amassed 1300 yards in total offense IN THE LAST TWO GAMES...Now I know what you are all going to say " Sure, but has he pl...

Re: North Dakota Fires Chris Mussman
You would have not needed to give up anything this year. Both schools played 11 games in a 12 game season. But during regular years, ditch the DII or east coast FCS-in-name-only cupcake you guys have been scheduling in the past, and replace with a home and home with UND. Problem solved. Sent from m...

Re: North Dakota Fires Chris Mussman
Huh? Why not? Pretty sure many other schools in a similar situation still play every year (Colorado/CSU, Iowa/ISU), etc. etc... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Those schools are in the FBS and can schedule 12 games. If NDSU could schedule 12 games every year the game would happen. For the record...

Re: Indiana State University @ NDSU BISON*
Another spirited effort out of the Thundering Herd in the Fabulous Fargodome. Down 5-0 in the middle of the second quarter. Roughly 10,000 in attendance today but I am sure they will announce 16,000. The only team in the country that loves to lose at home. Worst homefield advantage in all of footbal...

Re: NDSU clearly owns the MVFC
The Fargodome has to be the biggest joke of a "homefield advantage" in all of FCS. They consistently lose at home.

Re: Big Sky Expansion
Actually I was looking at the travel options and aside from it being a longer flight to Fargo, it would be easier to get to Grand Forks than Cedar City OR Flagstaff. Now throw UND into the mix and I went with the following travel pairings: MSU-UM, UND-UNC, WSU-NAU, Sac-PSU, EWU-ISU So this means a ...

Re: #20 USD @ #18 NDSU BISON*
Thanks to the prevent defense of USD to end the half, the Bison offense eclipsed the elusive 100 yard plateau for the FH!
Seriously though, what is going on with that 1950's offense your running? No imagination at all.

Re: #20 USD @ #18 NDSU BISON*
For those of you who don't get what John is doing, he is setting you all up for next week when UND goes down to USD and beats them for the 30th year in a row (or something like that). Then, he is going to say that NDSU "knocked the stuffing out of them, which is the only reason UND won". H...

Re: NDSU BISON* @ UNI
JBB, maybe you guys should look at the Pistol, I know your a big fan. After two games your vaunted "power west coast" offense or whatever you guys call it is averaging 188 yards of total offense and 7.5 points. It more reminds me of the Army offense circa WWII. You guys make our offense lo...

Re: NDSU fans fundrasing to hang D2 title banners
The banners ought to be hung. Those championships were great accomplishments. NDSU has a great football tradition. The joke, here, is on the posters in this thread who tried to make fun of the effort to raise money for this project. If you were around during the transition you would know that a nic...

Nice road trip.
Schedule sets up well for the Aggies, athough with only 8 countable FCS games, unless you can run the table on those, hard to get an atlarge.

I give the BISON football team 3 stars for last season. They were a young bunch, 45 freshman, they were in the middle of controversy but still looked like they were the better team against the conferences top teams . Hold on. JBB, you give NDSU 3 stars for a 3-8 season where your only wins were aga...

Not hard to see a giant group of Bison fans go from uncountable in number to about 4. Or how every thread turned into how great NDSU was to the only time they get talked about is why they suck Some UNI fans remind me of the uncountable in number Bison fans that turned threads into how great NDSU wa...

Re: Should NDSU move to the MAC?
Everyone is finally understanding what UND and MVC fans have to go through. JBB actually said in a earlier post that the Summit League is a "great conference". No smilies, nothing. Don't get me wrong, I would love for UND to join the Summit, which it will. But I will not be bragging about ...

What the hell is it with Bison fans? You start every season demanding that you be crowned king, crowing that you have the best fans, the best dome, and the best program. Then, when things start heading south, you whine about anything you can come up with. Met some real cool Bison fans in the lots y...
