As a fan of one of these two teams, this is ridiculous.

Re: Lehigh @ Towson Game Thread
Towson by 10+, IMO.
Don't see Lehigh stopping Terrance West, and frankly, I don't know if anyone is stopping Terrance West. Towson was easily the best team in the CAA this year and the best team in the CAA shouldn't lose to Lehigh.

Re: I-AA playoff lines
A couple of these spreads seem pretty easy. The Appalachian State/Maine game is essentially betting on Appalachian to win since so few games are decided by 2 points or less. I would take Appalachian to cover, there. Same with Lehigh. Towson should win, and that's all they need to do to cover. I'd st...

Re: Towson Beats Maine 40-30
What a game next week. Whoever wins next week is in the driver's seat for the title between UNH and Towson. Be interesting to see what happens if ODU wins out, UNH beats Towson, but loses to Maine..
Looking forward to it.

The amount of personal fouls from JMU were a bit much. They looked incredibly undisciplined.

Re: Preseason Top 25
This is garbage. How can these idiots not have UNH ranked in the top 15, much less the top 25? Obviously, they threw darts to determine these rankings. Not trying to be a turd, but UNH has the capacity to get rolled in either the first or second round. UNH has the goods, they just seem to fall flat...

Re: Official UNH @ Delaware Game Thread
I'm not sure UD's offensive line is better than UNH's (it certainly isn't bigger) unless you're just going by sack total. That said, UNH has the best linebacker in the CAA (or at least up there with McBride and Holmes), so it's hard not to give them credit for that. Secondary, as well...there are 4 ...

1. Appalachian State 2. Georgia Southern 3. New Hampshire 4. Delaware 5. Villanova 6. NDSU 7. EWU 8. Wofford --- Am I a homer? Probably. I think Appalachian State is the most talented, best team in FCS, and Georgia Southern is playing the best right now. After that, I think there's a drop and a bunc...

Re: Official UNH @ Delaware Game Thread
93- I was there today yelling, you should have stopped up. If you want to feel better, nobody has stopped Devlin all year. UNH is banged up somewhat and has laid some big eggs this year - Maine and URI. Honestly they concern me too, but we haven't played them since '07 so there's no real familiarit...

Not that I have any problem with it, but yeah, I would think Nova or SFA/App would be the frontrunner. That said, if it's SFA/APP, you may see UNH/UD if both teams make it through.SuperHornet wrote:ESPN is ECB central. Re: MVFC Picks Playoffs Round 1
Not an MVFC fan, but I expect NDSU and UNI to win by 10+ points. I saw Lehigh play earlier this year and wasn't terribly impressed, though I do think they had injury concerns. That said, they lost 35-0 to 'Nova and then 33-14 (I believe) to UNH, and UNH turned it over a few times deep to them. I don...

Re: CAA TODAY: SUNSET
As we enter the final week of the regular season in FCS football, the sun will set on many teams. The sun also will set on many college football careers, and possibly the careers of some college football coaches. As the sun sets on autumn and the chill of Winter marches in, we are left with only ou...

Re: Is this the year...?
I think in the instance you list above, you'd be looking at South Carolina State (even if the computer numbers don't support their entry, they have, well, a lot of wins, and have lost only to the MEAC Champion and an FBS) and Montana (because they have 7 wins, even if they're not all DI. Plus, they'...

Re: Game of the Week - WEEK 12
Personally, I think W&M/Richmond is the game of the week. It's quite possible (and definite in Richmond's case) that the loser misses the playoffs. I'd like to think W&M is in, but they're 1-3 in their last four if they lose this one.

Is there any possibility he will play against delaware. If there is any possibility, will he be anywhere close to 100%. Re: Game of the Week - WEEK 11
Wofford/App got my vote as well..
That said, IMO, UNH/Nova is a bigger game. If UNH loses they're out of the playoffs. If Nova loses, with UD next week, they may be out of the playoffs. I like Nova by 10-14.
