Re: Leftist attacks on Trump supporters

As I was doing my running the other day I saw a Trump flag on a house in my neighborhood. My immediate thought was, "Why don't you just cut to the chase and put an 'I'm an idiot' sign in your yard?"

Re: Leftist attacks on Trump supporters

You should expect to be hated if you are a Trump supporter. You are doing significant damage to this country.

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

Six months ago I was hoping this thing is seasonal. I think there have been some indications that it is to some extent. Now I am hoping that it is not. If it is, we could be about to be whacked really hard.

Re: Trump’s SCOTUS nominee

It really doesn't matter for the long term. There is a chance the Republicans will hang onto their share of power this time because the COVID-19 thing creates all the uncertainty associated with voting by mail. But it won't be long in historical terms before the Democrats control everything. And th...

Re: Trump Selects Amy Coney Barrett for SCOTUS

They can't stop her from getting on the Court but all they need to do to win politically is point out that she is a threat to overturn Roe vs. Wade. The American People don't want that right now. I don' t think this is going to be a political winner for the Republicans. I don't know if they'll pay ...

The donks are going to attempt to smear a female, a Catholic, and a mother of 7 (2 adopted from Africa). Get ready for someone come out with unsubstantiated, uncorroborated, 30+ year old allegations, where they can’t remember the where ir when, that Barret torturted animals, abused children, cheate...

Re: Trump’s SCOTUS nominee

The problem is that there is absolutely nothing to indicate that what you are thinking is happening is true. In fact, the available data clearly suggest that a substantial majority of the most intelligent among us favor the Democrats. Also, there is no suggestion that Black and Brown people are mov...

And, BTW, just the fact that the those perceived as being "conservative" are supporting Trump makes the conservative side look pretty stupid.

Re: Trump Selects Amy Coney Barrett for SCOTUS

Oh, and if this Court does overturn Roe vs. Wade under these circumstances it will be REALLY bad for the Republicans. You're talking about something the People of the United States don't want by a 2:1 margin. And everybody can see what the Republicans did to get to this point. They're slitting their...

Significantly higher death rate and similar economic impact compared to its neighbors. And no current second surge either. Half of Sweden's fatalities were in nursing homes and hospices, which they concede they didn't recognize the vulnerabilities there early enough. It's a legitimate debate. Howev...

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/23/us/politics/biden-inquiry-republicans-johnson.html The report delivered on Wednesday appeared to be little more than a rehashing of unproven allegations that echoed a Russian disinformation campaign. That's the bottom line. Really, you conservatives that still defe...

Wait a second. This wasn't a "no-knock" warrant?? They announced themselves, and then got shot at? And an officer was indicted for returning too many shots? Doesn't the whole narrative fall apart if the police announced themselves? I think it was a no-knock warrant but the officers announced themse...

Re: RBG has Cancer...Again

I'd have worded it "...didn't win the popular vote..." rather than "didn't get the majority of the popular vote. Clinton clearly won the popular vote. It was a three candidate race that time with Ross Perot getting more of the vote than non major party candidates usually get. But the popular vote r...

Re: Hunter Biden

I doubt it. I'd have to read the whole damned report to see if it actually had any evidence of anything. But there was evidence for impeachment. There was no reasonable doubt that Trump did what he was accused of doing. In fact there were even Republican Senators who said so but said that even thou...

Mistakes were made and there needs to be accountability for that. But the police did announce thems...

BTW, Pelosi clearly did not WANT to start impeachment proceedings against Trump. As you recall, what happened is that there was a whistleblower complaint filed according to law. Then Trump released a call summary that pretty much confirmed that the whistleblower complaint was true. That's when Pelos...
