Re: 2021 Motorsports Thread

I grew up going to dirt track races. Rarely go anymore. One of my little brothers is going to the race today. He has timeshares in Daytona for the races. I enjoy almost all the forms of motor racing. I do not enjoy the constant talking of the commentators, but that isn't confined to motor racing.

Re: Hey Seattle and Portland.....

You forget #4 - elected officials unwilling to instruct law enforcement to do anything to keep things in check. I was worried you were going to go down a Tripespierrian rabbit hole of the rich are too rich and the poor too poor and Amerikkka needs to burn to the ground to be cleansed as a reason. T...

Re: Time to expand the Strategic Petroleum Reserve?

There's plenty of wasteland west of the Appalachians to use for this reserve. :thumb: Agreed. We should use the entire State of Oklahoma for it. Just dig a giant underground pit for it. That state is decimated by tornadoes anyway so doing underground reserves makes sense there. What about all the e...

Re: The Trump Whistleblower Extravaganza Thread

Yeah, I don't know what to think about this. A person gets voted in to represent the local views and/or follow the party lines. It seems switching parties is a bit extreme. Going independent seems to be a more practical approach so that you can truly sort through the legislative decisions that best...

It would be the same 2 stroke penalty regardless of when they were notified. The advice rule has been around as long as these players have played the game. I don't believe they didn't know about the rule.

Most people don't play golf. They are pretending to play golf.

Of course of someone didn't pick up a soccer ball and run with it, we wouldn't have rugby or american football.
