Re: Coronavirus

Ski areas around here closed for season yesterday. Yup, 89Jr saved up all summer for his trip to Breck to which he was supposed to fly out last night. Airlines only giving credit for their airline, problem is they were flying two different carriers out and back, so only will get $125 from each... w...

Re: Big Sky Tournament Thread (2020) - Men

I feel for these seniors that didn't get to participate, but this seems like an emotional plea thrown out there before they thought about the ramifications. Do you also add how ever many scholarships (and/or roster slots) for the seniors who would be staying? Maybe 2 for this school, 3 for that one,...

I guess I won't have to figure out a bracket this year. Sad for the seniors that won't get to complete their final seasons.

Re: Big Sky Tournament Thread (2020) - Women

What a disappointment for the players, especially seniors, that they won't be able to complete the season. Assuming the the Cats won, Tootel and Nuanez said the conference was lobbying for a higher seed than normal. Apparently the conference thought they had a chance of getting as high as the 10-12 ...

This Covid thing could have a big silver lining if a bunch of people who have it would go to DC while highly contagious. Wipe their nose on their sleeve, cough a lot. Re: Are you Registered to Vote...

No party affiliation in Montana voter registration. If you go to the polls, they hand you both ballots. When you're done, put one in the ballot box and shred the other. That's how it should be. The government shouldn't know or care what party I want to vote for. Personally, I'd go further and say th...

Re: RE: Re: QF - #6 Montana @ #3 Weber

A big reason those turnovers happened, though, is that Weber was able to consistently get pressure while rushing just 3 or 4. Not possible. Wahlberg has repeatedly told everyone our OL has improved (it hasn't) so it has to be true. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk To be fair, your OL could be v...

I'm rooting for UM, MSU, Weber and...Sac? That's a tough one. It would sure be nice to host another round. I'm torn on the Sac game. I guess whichever way it goes I can be happy but my cheering for Sac will be half-hearted at best.

Edit: I picked the game between the two first-timers - Sac/APSU

Re: FCS PLAYOFFS RND 2

Good bet if you take it. I think this game could easily be a shootout. I'm not seeing how the Hornets are 2 TD favorites. Also it will be raining which will favor AP since they just played a rain game and the Hornets have yet to play in any weather this season. :| Wait, are you using weather as a d...

This year's Cat/Griz is for seedings instead of making the playoffs. Although the Griz have a good shot at getting seeded regardless of whether they win or lose.
