Re: RE: Re: QF - #6 Montana @ #3 Weber

A big reason those turnovers happened, though, is that Weber was able to consistently get pressure while rushing just 3 or 4. Not possible. Wahlberg has repeatedly told everyone our OL has improved (it hasn't) so it has to be true. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk To be fair, your OL could be v...

Re: I-AA Game of the Week - ROUND OF 16

I'm rooting for UM, MSU, Weber and...Sac? That's a tough one. It would sure be nice to host another round. I'm torn on the Sac game. I guess whichever way it goes I can be happy but my cheering for Sac will be half-hearted at best.

Edit: I picked the game between the two first-timers - Sac/APSU

Re: FCS PLAYOFFS RND 2

Good bet if you take it. I think this game could easily be a shootout. I'm not seeing how the Hornets are 2 TD favorites. Also it will be raining which will favor AP since they just played a rain game and the Hornets have yet to play in any weather this season. :| Wait, are you using weather as a d...

Please provide the list. I only see... UND/Nicholls and SIU with a miracle win (as I mentioned). Win and in (next opponent, SoS, best wins (.500 or better teams in Massey Top 60, or FBS) Albany 7-4 @ 5-6 Stony Brook / 3 / UNH, Towson Towson 7-4 vs 4-6 Elon / 12 / Maine, Citadel Furman VS Point (DII...

Re: I-AA Game of the Week - WEEK THIRTEEN

This year's Cat/Griz is for seedings instead of making the playoffs. Although the Griz have a good shot at getting seeded regardless of whether they win or lose.

Because they didn't want to drop the Grizzlies any further and saw that our loss to Sac was by about half as many points. ;)

Seriously, it was hard to find any teams after the top 6 to put in there.

Re: Big Sky Power Rankings 9-9

SEMO was ranked 12th in the country (sure it is early) so I would say that is a good win , at this point in the season... I would say that is more impressive than getting beat by an FBS team 65-41. SEMO is an Ohio Valley team. They have zero business being ranked 12th in ANYTHING. Well, maybe...

Montana State, my best guess right now is 9-3, maybe 8-4
We get the favorable schedule this year.
Our big question mark is QB. I think Casey will do well enough.

Incorrect answer. The correct one was: "Jalmond, I AM your father."

It must be football season - Jalmond posted his power rankings.

I'd swap MSU and NAU, but it's all just a wild guess at this stage. With all of the FBS games, it'll probably be a few weeks before we can start arguing much.

Can you imagine having to listen to that shrill Okie twang of hers for four years? Makes Granny Clampett sound scholarly. If she does end up as President it'll be because Republicans insisted on making Trump their standard bearer. She would have no shot to beat a normal Republican candidate. She wo...

It's a lot easier, cheaper and more convenient to listen to your favorite musician/band's album at home on the stereo than to go to a concert.

(album, stereo - how's that for dating myself?)

Re: 2020 Democratic Nomination Process Mega-thread

AZ said professors, so I'm assuming he meant to exclude adjunct or non-tenure track instructors. In my experience, before they get tenure profs tend to work year-round, and often fairly long hours. In the programs I'm familiar with, they need to get a bunch of research done (papers published) to cli...
