If EWU beats Weber next weekend they will be in front of the Wildcats.
Even if MT wins out their loss to WIU is a worse loss than Eagles loss to Pac 12 and possibly 10 win Cougars.
Too many good teams in strong conferences for The Big Sky to get more than 1 seed.

What is it with Montana getting what seems like favorable seeding? They only beat one team with a winning record, the Bobcats who did not even make the playoff field. They lost to NAU yet got an 8 seed and NAU doesn't.

I'm also surprised to see MSU still ranked that high after their 3 quarter shut out.... then again, they did throw up nearly 200 yards in the 4th quarter to that hideous, fan-blood-curdling, prevent (the win) defense that everybody seems to play when holding onto a lead. Why is it that some say Eastern can not stop the run? In the first 3 games of the season, 2 of which were vs FBS team the Eagles are allowing an average of 158 yds.gm.
We are talking about this year not what has happened in years past.
