Re: Imbecile Nation

A subject high school kids need around Junior or Senior year is finance. I work for a mid-size credit union here in Montana and it is crazy to see how people don't know what goes into their credit score, how credit cards affect your score good and bad, student loan debt and how much some people have...

Re: 2020 General Election

Haven't read the whole thread, but I do not think the USPS can come close to handling this. 200+ million ballots sent out and then sent back? No way all the ballots make it in on time and counted. If polling is open to vote in person that is how I am voting. If you want to vote by mail, fine fill ou...

Show's you really don't know your shit regarding Gregorak. Very good coach and well respected. If he goes to K-State as a position coach he will do great and will continue to move up.

Re: Big Sky Picks - Week 4

Cal Poly, Griz will make the Playoffs, but Cal Poly is my early pick to win conference. Weber State, Wildcats continue to improve. Idaho State, they are just a little bit better than Sac. Portland State, Vikings are better than they have been playing, they turn the corner this week EWU, Shoot out in...

Re: Big Sky Preseason Predictions Revisited

God if only our defense could have played just average  .

We might have pulled out at least one more win between EWU or Cal Poly. No way with all those turn overs would we have beat UM. Never know though. You play with the cards you are dealt.

Re: Big Sky Predictions/Analysis

I think MSU is going to struggle some this year. Especially in the early part of the season where we face EWU, Central Arkansas and Arkansas State. The Cats are pretty young in two key area’s on offense, QB and WR. Granted Tanner Roderick has moved to WR, but we don’t really know what kind of year h...

Re: Ruby Ridge-style standoff? Bundy says he is prepared to

This individual gives those of us who do graze cattle on public land a very bad name. We lease around 5,000 acres on top of the continental divide. We are only allowed 60 units (cow calf pairs) and they have to be up there a certain date and off by a certain date. Sometimes due to drought we have to...

Re: DO YOU THINK THE EWU GATEWAY PROJECT WILL BE BUILT?

Hope it gets built. The question is can they fill it once it is completed. No question they field some very good teams that are worth watching, so hopefully they can get it built. They are better than Idaho and produce and Washington State is hit and miss on competitiveness. They are getting better ...

Re: National Signing Day

MSU: TWENTY-FIVE?!? Do you have ANY returning players? :suspicious: Actually 22, three of them are preferred walk-ons. I like this class, it addresses some needed areas (CB and DT) with Keeton and Leota. It brings in some nice size on the OL and some much needed speed! It will be fun watching these...

Perfection for me as well. And what was up with MSU squeaking past UNC? Where is cats (or any cat fan) to explain what happened? For what ever reason the Cats never seem to play very well down there. I do agree with Jalmond that after the first two quick TD's they might have thought it was in the b...

Re: Big Sky Power Rankings 9-16

This is good, an ISU fan sticking up for MSU. Sapper, I think MSU is below EWU and UM at this point in the season, but not far. UM has destroyed their two opponents and EWU has a big win over Oregon State. MSU looked good against Monmouth and SMU (but still lost) and not as good offensively against ...

Re: The Oregonian editor reponse to lack of FCS coverage

I feel your pain, JALMOND. I'd say it's a safe bet that this is the case for nearly every FCS school that competes for air time and attention against FBS and pro teams. It's certainly the case for NAU. 8-3 last season with big wins over UNLV and Montana and barely got a sniff from AZ media outlets....
