Re: Why?

PSU is located in a large metropolitan area and has the largest enrollment of all the Oregon universities at 29,500 students. They are the real head scratchers. One would think they could out draw most of the FCS. What killed PSU was transitioning to I-AA. In D2 they had a unique niche market with a...

Chatty, Portland State and Sac State seem to always have the best classes.

Every preseason it is predicted to be the year that PSU and Sac will make some noise .

I cannot figure out how our receivers aren't getting open. Here's to 30 more minutes! I think it's a combination of us getting pressure on McGhee and much better coverage. On the drive that you guys scored, he had more time to throw and guys got open. I want to see McKinney. SSH hasn't been throwin...

Watching in PDX on Root and the EWU vs PSU game 2 channels away on Comcast sports. Loving the FCS coverage on TV in PDX. Nice having a go to during commercials.

Re: Big Sky announces TV deal

The only 2 games that I could see potetially competing with those 2 schools for viewership are the CPU/Sac State and WSU/ISU. This being the 1st year of the contract I'm sure they wanted to do everything they could to make sure it is successful. Lowest risk was MSU and UM. Yep..I agree with that......

Re: Big Sky announces TV deal

There is also the issue that UM and MSU both had TV deals to air all their games. They likely wouldn't agree to the Roots sports deal without getting the majority of their games on air. Roots said they would air up to 18 games. I'm sure when they analyzed the potential viewership of the other games ...

Re: Montana to vactate 2011 playoff win against Northern Iow

Montana has a lot to make amends for all the rapes. They raped the Bobcats, then UCA and capped it off with a brutal, nationally televised Gang raping of UNI. Every hole and gap was stuffed. When they were done UNI was left sodomized and gaping. I'm suprised you wouldn't demand more justice than jus...

I'm joining Grizaholic on the SUU bandwagon. I'm keeping it in the Sky, but I just can't root for our historic rivals to be the place holder at the top of the BSC for the next season until we return.

Re: 2012 Big Sky Predictions

Funny predictions; a lot of wishful thinking. As always, the BSC championship goes through Missoula. Montana will be better in 2012; they will win games with their offense. It's hard to imagine a team being "better" after losing 9 starters off the defense plus a couple of key pieces on of...

Re: Do You Have To Stop The Option To Win The NC?

SHSU will have a much tougher road next year. With their schedule, they will not get a seed and will be hitting the road early to one of the western seeded teams (Montana, NDSU). The final 4 will be Montana, NDSU, Ga Southern and ODU. Yeah right. I see Montana's game notes from their UNI game...
