Re: Buck Buchanan Award Watch List Announced
With 20 candidates, thought Stephon Robertson of JMU would have been on there. 2010 3rd team All CAA & CAA Defensive Rookie of the Year, and last season 1st Team All CAA. 2nd best returning LB in the CAA after Evans. If Roberts stays healthy, he's going to be on a lot of AA lists at the end of ...

Re: 2012 TSN Preseason All-America Teams
Coming off injury it is not shocking Tripp isn't on there. I have him rated in my top 20 at his position but there are so many good LBs that who do you take off? Here is a list of Big Sky LB names and I challenge you to tell me exactly who you take off for him? I think he deserves 1st or 2nd team A...

Re: FCS Pro Day Results
That was not noted in what I got from NFL teams. My information came straight from the desk of a GM. If he had 32 total reps then he needs to bench again because that is not what NFL teams have. I think its a rule or something that if contact is made with the bench during the test, then the count r...

SmallCollegeFBFan have you heard anything new about Christian Thompson of SC State lately? Also are the any names that are under the radar that are getting any attention that you know of? Didn't hear what he ran yesterday but I know a few scouts went down to see him run. I'm hearing late rounds. A f...

Re: Official FCS Combine Results
Well over there the SoCon people have such hatred for ASU that they try to bash them and get into a pissing contest. It gets sickening although I'm sure Montana fans get it in the Big Sky but the SoCon people take over at AGS. It seems like everyone hates UM and ASU because of their success. Why ca...

Re: Official FCS Combine Results
I would post on AGS but those guys seem to do nothing but get in a contest of whose is bigger and some of the fans who chime in have little to brag about so I'm posting here where people are more civil. I'll get to digesting the results and commenting, but I just had to make a comment on this state...

Re: Early Preseason Payton, Buchanan, and All-America lists
Robert Alford, CB, Southeastern Louisiana, belongs on the list somewhere ... best cover corner in the SLC and I'd dare say one of the best in the country ... has run in the high 4.2's to mid 4.3's with a 40 inch vertical ... he'll get a chance in the NFL. Re: Early Preseason Payton, Buchanan, and All-America lists
I fully expect him to be on this list in a year from now. The three QBs I have on the list are all returning All-Americans or players of the year in their leagues. I also believe two of the three will play on Sundays. The ODU kid is very good but I would have put McGhee as 4th team of him as well. ...

Re: Early Preseason Payton, Buchanan, and All-America lists
Jeff Mathews is the real deal. IF Cornell finds a defense, this could finally be the year that Cornell seriously challenges for the Ivy title.* * Although we all know that Cornell, like Penn, isn't really part of the Ivy League. Mathews is definitely the real deal. I think he and Sorensen will both...
