Re: 2016 Montana @ Cal Poly Hype Video
CP wins by 10. Book it. http://i3.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/463/848/4c2.gif I don't think so. I base my prediction off of the fact that Montana ALWAYS struggles with Cal Poly. Hell, the last time Montana played them in Missoula you had to have the refs gift you the game IIRC.

Re: Feldman: Kupp on early Heisman List
Over rated. I'll go ahead and stake it out. This stuff of comparing him to somebody like Jerry Rice is ridiculous. Let's come back in a few years and see where he is in his NFL career. He plays in an offense that allows him to post ridiculous numbers, but over rated? There isn't a better pair of ha...

This thread. Yeah, Gubrud kind of choked when in mattered, but this was literally only his second collegiate start, playing away at the #1 team in the FCS. He has accounted for nearly 1,000 yards in only 2 games. I'd say he's doing ok. He's got the best WR in the game and how many TDs did Kup...

Re: Big Sky Picks - Week 2
I'm not as confident of a NDSU win as you all appear to be. Should be a fun game though, I'll be in the usual seats. I think EWU has a better chance of beating NDSU than UM does of beating UNI, but there's no **** way I'm putting that in writing. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:  UNI routinely beats...

Re: Big Sky Power Rankings 9-5
Who ever said you were the Top Big Sky team :coffee: Me. We currently own 1 game winning streaks over both EWU and NAU, thus making us #1. Small sample size, but I wouldn't put Montana as the #1 team, either. SFPA might be better than some people are giving them credit for, but that game should not...

I don't think they did. They just got flat beaten by a better team.

Re: The Great American Third Party
It's obviously all going to be relative to how you perceive politics. But in my opinion, the US is clearly a center/right of center country when compared to other western Democracies. The political spectrum has clearly shifted to the right the past 30 or so years. And once our politicians succesful...

Calling hildabeast a centrist is rich.
Hell, the last "New Deal" Politician was actually Nixon, believe it or not.

Re: The Great American Third Party
It's the use of money to manipulate policy, silly. It's why the two parties are so similar in many regards. It's why money and special interests typically win over the desires of the public. Our politics is not about what a majority of the people want on a "personal basis". Boy did you mi...

We already have one truly centrist party. Why would we want another? And what, pray tell, is that party? It's obviously all going to be relative to how you perceive politics. Re: The Great American Third Party
Random thoughts/questions. 1. If people want to form a truly "centrist, common-sense" third party, how should it be done? Start from within an existing third party and build out, or start from scratch? 2. If the former, is it really possible to put all centrists within a libertarian or gr...

Southland seems like a better geographic fit, but I can understand why they're looking at the Big Sky, as there are more flagship/Land grant type schools in the Sky.

It's a hard choice to determine who is less honest between Trump and Hillary. I don't think it is. Another thing to Google around about. With Politifact it's not remotely close. Hillary's had 13 percent of her evaluated statements rated as "False" or "Pants on Fire." Trump has h...

Not so much fun...the Dem party establishment, and media, pretty much told Progressives to fvck themselves. But hey, they'll rely on your vote in the general. :thumb: They will be sorely disappointed. :coffee: They want Progressive votes, but no progressive voices. Shit doesn't work like that.

This election is really going to take the "lesser of two evils" notion to the extreme. It's shocking that these two are who the majority of voters in the two major political parties want representing them. WTF? I don't usually vote Republican, but honestly, if there were a decent/honest mo...
