Re: I-AA Game of the Week - WEEK ONE

UNI at UM or WIU at MSU

I think there are more questions around these teams, particularly the two from MT, than most. I picked UNI at UM because it probably has more impact on the polls since those teams are ranked higher.

It's not surprising from the coaches' poll. The AGS poll always makes much more sense than STATS or coaches'.

Congrats Weber. You guys looked tougher than SDSU to me. Right now, I think you might be the best team in the conference. Good luck the rest of the way.

I have to admit that with everything going on with Thanksgiving, I didn't keep up on the pre-game info. Was Poly decimated by injuries this weekend? I was thinking Protheroe was back at least. I agrre thay always look good early but don't make it by the end of the season. Yes, MSU has regressed late...

Re: It's Officially Griz/Cat Week

That Peavey kid you guys had on defense played a hell of a game. Looks like both our teams have some work to do this off-season. Regardless, Saturday was a great day :thumb: Unfortunately, there was no avatar bet this year ;) Given where we were a few weeks ago, this season had about as good an endi...

P.s. I wouldn't be surprised to see MSU and UM flip spots in the next couple years? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk It remains to be seen what happens with the Griz D - better, worse or about the same. But I think MSU's D is going to be noticeably better this year and is headed in the right di...

Dang he lost 20 to 30 pounds in just three months in prison. In the past I've seen him listed at 325 to 335. Article on him today with McNeese head coach Lance Guidry saying he's down to 305. Stress? Normally I'd expect a big guy like that to gain weight without the activity. Guidry said he wants t...

Not much to disagree with here, though I think you're overrating the 'Cats. The Wildcats or the Bengal Tiger type of cats? You certainly don't mean the Bobcats! ;) Based on last year's performance (actually the last several years) and the changes since last year I think it's reasonable to pick them...

Hey 89, you're gonna love this speech from today at the DNC: http://www.cosmopolitan.com/politics/news/a61992/ilyse-hogue-abortion-dnc/ You can skip to the 0:35 mark. What have they done to improve? Gregorak is probably better than what MSU had before, but that still doesn't change the dearth of defensive talent in recent years—they've got Mac Bignell and… that's pretty much it. Prukop was by far the most dangerous Bobcat threat last year, and he plus nearly all...
