Re: FCS vs. D2 champion annual game?

I don't see the point. Whether it's FCS vs. DII or FCS vs. FBS, all you'd be getting 95% of the time is a blowout.

Re: FCS Now on the Big Sky (Unpredictability under the Big Sky?)

From what Ursus has been touting Sac. St. will be good this year. I have been doing a little reading up on them and I like where they are going, and that is out of the basement and could very well be a #3 this year in the BSC. I doubt it. They'd be fortunate just to get 6 wins again with a tougher ...

The posted roster is for the 2008 Montana Grizzlies and Jesse is listed as a senior. Unless the NCAA changed the eligibility rules he is done, but if they did, we get all these guys back too! Re: CONFERENCE OUTLOOK: GREAT WEST CONFERENCE

Cal Poly will probably win the Great West, but that doesn't mean a whole lot in the larger scheme of things. I really doubt they'll be sniffing the playoffs given what they lose & the adjustment to a new coach.

South Dakota third? They may return a lot, but they were really bad last year.

Re: Should SUU join the Big Sky?

Central Washington should move up - they would be a good fit. Grand Canyon won't be adding football anytime soon - they want to concentrate first on getting the new arena built, and their existing sports better before adding anything. A better plan would be to add CWU to the BSC (natural rivalry wi...

Re: CONFERENCE OUTLOOK: BIG SKY CONFERENCE

Did Eastern have anyone transfer? Nichols? Boyce? Peach graduated.. I don't see EWU being as good of a team next year, IMO. They won't be as good as in '07, probably, but they should be better than last year's disappointing 6-5. I don't believe anyone actually transferred, though some were looking ...
