I searched the article for the term "rigged" and couldn't find it.

I wasn't talking about that article in particular. I was talking about the narrative that's been proffered by the Sanders campaign as things have unfolded. It's not hard at all to find articles associated with it. Example:

And that second example is particularly interesting because Sanders is now arguing that even though Clinton is going to win the majority of the votes in the primaries and the majority of pledged delegates the Super Delegates should see to it that HE gets the nomination because HE has the best chance to win the general election.

That's exactly the decision they'll have to make: Support Bernie or lose with Hillary. Hillary needs to do the right thing and concede; Bernie is the best chance at beating Trump.

My personal favorite is a self proclaimed "Libertarian" voting for a proven "large government is the solution" type in hilldog. Oh the irony....

Ok. I shouldn't have to do this because all of you already know but here we go:

But, really, if he hadn't specifically used the terminology "rigged system" he clearly spent a lot of time telling people it is a rigged system by any common understanding of what a rigged system is.

And maybe it is a rigged system. The point is, though, that he ended up wanting to use that system to give him the nomination when he lost the popular vote in the primaries by a substantial margin. That when he started off complaining that the winner of the popular vote could be denied the nomination because of the super delegates.

I'm sure at this point he's settling down. But back when I wrote the earlier posts in this thread he hadn't even though any sensible person knew or should have known that Clinton was going to win the majority of the popular vote and the majority of the pledged delegates.

This is ACTUALLY how close the Democratic Primary is. Too bad the superdelegates are mostly made up of establishment Dems or else it might be an interesting convention.
