Your position is simple: It's Fox New's fault. They created a culture where women are sexually assaulted and provided quid pro quo for career advancement. That position is asinine and you make it with no apologies. You can't really compare the cases. Different people, circumstances, lawyers, companies....the variables are too many.

When I worked in the Defense Industry, there were plenty of beautiful women. When my wife was sexually harassed by her superior, the company quickly booted his fat ass to the curb.


I guess some companies have different ethical priorities. Profits over problems, amirite?
