Of course we do! Judges base their rulings on the constitution, logic, and common sense rather than
twisted political philosophy. :|
Finally, you're starting to get it.

Great. Then his successor Donk President will appoint another Sotomayor, or worse. But you don't care, because you want an activist liberal SCOTUS.
No I don't. One short term silver lining to Trump being President is that he doesn't give a flip about the Supreme Court and he's going to just appoint someone who he thinks will make the Federalist Society and his base happy. That will probably result in him nominating the kind of Justice I like.

I just think Kennedy doesn't want that. We'll see what happens.

Nobody would ever confuse Kennedy with a member of the Federalist Society. He's like you: a conservative of convenience, not of conscience.

Of course!

But your peeve du jour is Citizens United - you are as much a broken record on that as JSO is on Trump

or were you offhandedly referring to some other not previously mentioned miscarriage of high justice?

Any conservative with a conscience would reject Trump. And I do. I passed the test. This past year, we had the opportunity to see which conservatives had integrity and which didn't. I passed. A lot of other conservatives didn't.

BTW, my wife passed too when she resigned as a State Republican Central Committee member because the Republican Party nominated Trump.

No, I'm still on that one as it was highly irrational to begin with and continues to affect politics in every way. So guilty as charged.

Yup, you and your spouse supported a conventional statist liberal for POTUS instead of voting Libertarian, leaving a blank ballot, or voting for Donald Duck. You passed the test, all right. :coffee:

The bullshit test, right? B/c that's all we've seen from JSO over the past year.
