Any statue that anyone considers politically incorrect isn’t safe..

The urge to re-write our history is (apparently) overwhelming
we love to forget that it is our unyielding responsibility to own our past - both good and bad
Pretty soon it will be illegal to print a history book that properly depicts our forefathers slave holdings

and instead of admiring our progress with all of it's endearing sign posts (such as that statue)
We will kill each other and step over the dead bodies to erase what once was simply historical information
