I hope you're trying to be funny

But,
if you'd like an actual explanation of how the biosphere the lithosphere work I can explain it pretty easily
you might even find it entertaining and educational

Is it too late to cash in on this offer? I'd love to hear it.
No problem, how can I help you ..?
Can I assume that you too do not believe crude oil poured out onto the surface biosphere is a problem?

:geek:

1) Crude oil ground contamination significantly increases the soil pH
2) and destroys critical bioactivity in the microbial populations in the plant rhizosphere
3) Restoration of crude oil ground poisoning typically requires intense Phytoremediation
4) Phytoremediation assists in reversing the contamination in alkalinized ground soils

Crude oil contaminated ground soil in some case studies have taken decades of intense Phytoremediation
to return the soil to average levels of seed fertility and neutral PH physical properties

If you'd like in my next segment we can discuss crude oil introduced into ground water

I was going to say “Crude oil is highly toxic”

But yeah, what you said I guess

Interesting to note: Crude oil is mostly inert when found in sedimentary rocks rich in porphyrins...
creating a buffering effect for the rest of the biosphere

but on the surface or at the ground water level its poisonous

I was looking for how the biosphere and lithosphere interact, but I can look it up. You piqued my curiosity-been years since I studied any of that. Thank you for the effort.

And no, you can't assume I am okay with oil on the ground. I've seen enough dumped oil in my life to realize phytoremediation doesn't happen overnight.
Everything is better with Montana.

My wife is going to California. If she's not a resident, is it against the law for her to sign a petition.
