Bill's been going downhill as of late - he's not aging well. And it's tough for him to speak out right now - he was the President when Biden wrote and passed the Crime Bill back in the '90's that was largely responsible for introducing a new generation of African Americans to the nation's criminal justice system. That hasn't aged very well either.

Coming back out during TRUMP’S presidency. He was conspicuously absent/silent during Obama’s 8 year debacle.
