I'm just taking a guess. He's in England, I'm not sure we have any soldiers, sailors or Marines stationed there but I know we have Air Force personnel at some RAF bases. That and the guy behind Biden is in a OD Green flight suit. Navy would be blue. Marines are OD Green and Tan but the rest of the utilities don't look like USMC MARPAT.

They are Air Force…name tapes and service tapes are subdued and hard to see in this picture…

And the vast majority are in the older Air Force combat uniform that does not have the U.S. flag …the new combat uniform just coming out has it, but again, it is subdued…

And as pointed out, some are in flight suits, which again, use subdued rank, name, and unit patches…

IIRC, the only blue uniform is a coverall. It's a "dirty work" uniform.


In everything else, yes they don't wear the blue Type III as of Oct. 2019.

Correct. They got a new flame resistant coverall to replace the old ones for shipboard use, primarily for use underway, or in port if they were doing work that would expose you to a potential flame such as careless in port maintenance as seen by Bonhomme Richard.
