Just looks like he moved too quickly - he turned and started moving way too fast for someone his age. Granted, he'd been out there basically in one spot for well over an hour shaking hands with each graduate. But he's old, there's no getting around that. Old people fall. Both Biden and Trump are old people who shouldn't be running for President. I'm not voting for either one, we deserve better than those two.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Thu Jun 01, 2023 8:06 pm Meanwhile the left is trying to claim Biden tripped over a sandbag. If that was the case, there would be all kinds of video showing his foot tripping on the sandbag, which is is about 4 feet left of where he fell. Yet, with countless dozens of cameras out there, no video of that.

Once. At the time, it was the right choice. I'm never voting for Trump nor have I ever so that's out of the question. Given the disaster that the Biden administration has been, particularly with the economy, there's no way I'm voting for him again. Through in the obvious mental decline and I'm not sure how anyone can vote for him and want him to be there for four more years. I doubt the Dems will cast him aside as their bench of hopefuls is significantly weaker than the GOP's side, but hopefully something happens with Trump and we don't see him again.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 9:25 amExcept you already did.GannonFan wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 8:26 am

There's not much difference in Biden/Trump 2020 and 2024, so saying Biden was the right choice in 2020, but not 2024, is incongruent, unless you had blinders on. It was obvious 2 1/2 years ago he was in obvious mental decline, and was going to be a disaster.GannonFan wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 10:58 amOnce. At the time, it was the right choice. Biden's mental decline was less obvious than trump's skullduggery in 2020 which is saying something because Biden's mental decline was painfully obvious.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Fri Jun 02, 2023 11:04 amThere's not much difference in Biden/Trump 2020 and 2024, so saying Biden was the right choice in 2020, but not 2024, is incongruent, unless you had blinders on. Indeed. Trump made himself unelectable by 2020 and then went even further with his temper tantrum of not winning the 2020 election. If the Dems hadn't jumped the gun with the weak impeachment two years earlier, I think Trump would have been removed from office with the impeachment following the Jan 6th riots. That's a good lesson why you shouldn't use impeachments to score minor political points - save them for when there really is reason to dispose the President.
The differences are great enough that back in the day the Army would prefer that you didn't have fixed wing experience going into WOC school. The most common difference that I heard pilots mention is that a fixed-wing aircraft tends to fly itself but you have to fly a helicopter every second because they want to auger into the ground left to themselves. Back in late '76/early '77 at Ft. Polk I saw a Huey get flipped on its back while practicing hovering without hydraulics. One of the pilots was decapitated by a piece of rotor that had hit the ground and broken off, made a helluva mess and left a big stain on the flight line for months.Winterborn wrote: ↑Tue Jan 04, 2022 11:30 amI am just curious.![]()
Have never been a helicopter nor have I had a chance to talk to a pilot of one about flying one and the differences. I would assume that outside of high winds and maybe visibility, there would not be much of a difference between the two choices. But that is just a guess.
