Mandatory 15 years if you're caught without.
And how about some recognition for the brave chidren out there who lay down their lives on a daily basis to protect second amendment rights of those unfit for militia service?![]()

https://thereload.com/new-california-ag ... formation/….The California Department of Justice’s 2022 Firearms Dashboard Portal went live on Monday with publicly-accessible files that include identifying information for those who have concealed carry permits. The leaked information includes the person’s full name, race, home address, date of birth, and date their permit was issued. The data also shows the type of permit issued, indicating if the permit holder is a member of law enforcement or a judge…..
…..The leak comes just over a year after California moved to provide detailed personal information of all gun owners in the state to educational institutions across the country despite objections over concerns about data security and individual privacy. It also comes as a similar policy to California’s restrictive gun carry law was invalidated by the Supreme Court, which will likely result in many more Californians being added to the same database the state just leaked…

But they have guns...
Yes. We all know that now, when it was not supposed to be public knowledge. One of many, many reasons why I am NOT a proponent of gun registries.
Regardless, they have guns so they won't ever be victims. Don't believe me ask '93handjob
https://redstate.com/jenvanlaar/2022/06 ... er-n586851On Wednesday, the recently-smacked-down AG did something, announcing a lawsuit against 10 companies that sell unfinished firearms components, accusing them of being “gun distributors…selling weapons to felons and others without a background check” and blaming them for flooding New York’s streets with “illegal ghost guns that harmed New Yorkers.” New York City Mayor Eric Adams filed his own federal lawsuit against five of the same companies.
Because, as we all know, gang bangers are spending their spare time manufacturing their own guns from frames and receivers. You know, because that takes no specialized skill or equipment.
Just kidding. If they made their own guns, those guns would most likely misfire and be completely dangerous…

The MSRs are immediately not allowed to be sold in the state (hence rendered valueless) but can be retained. The burden is on the OWNER to prove they were owned prior to today. All magazines over 17 rounds are illegal with no grandfather provision.BDKJMU wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 3:11 pmThey can’t touch your MSR’s and mags you have now I mean lost in a boating accident, right?93henfan wrote: ↑Thu Jun 30, 2022 3:04 pm Delaware went full retard today:

Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney said the US should be more like Canada
Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney suggested the Second Amendment and the United States Supreme Court were too lenient when it came to gun rights, following a shooting that injured two police officers near a Fourth of July event on Monday night.
Standing outside the hospital where the two police officers were treated for gunshot injuries, Kenney told a group of reporters that only police officers should be allowed to own guns....

I love and support Cops but, don’t show up in tactical gear on a routine visit wishing to “verify” my weapons. This guy did nothing wrong, and if it was me…you’re going to need a warrant.
