Why do they keep resisting arrest?

I want to know why the Wendy's had to be burned down? WTF did the burger joint have to do with it? Do they think Wendy's ratted the guy out for falling asleep in the drive thru lane?

Actually, the ones who want the civil war want it because their neighbor has a nicer car than they do and makes more money and they think its their god given right to have exactly what their neighbor has.

Nope, the ones wanting civil war want it because they're worried about white folk becoming a minority and they're worried about payback time if they do. As goes California so goes the nation, and the most common surname in California is "Garcia".

Easy decision. Wasn't he the guy fired before any investigation was conducted? If I were him - I'd bring a huge Civil Rights law suit against the city.

Atlanta city code requires that the subject of disciplinary action have an opportunity to respond before the action — in this case Rolfe's dismissal — takes effect. That response period can be shortened in the case of emergency.

Additionally, officials made several mistakes on the disciplinary paperwork, including checking both "yes" and "no" boxes on one form under the section indicating whether the dismissal was an "emergency action."

"This was very rushed. Time was of the essence. Sometimes mistakes happen when you rush," Sgt. William Dean, an investigator with the department's internal affairs unit, testified at the hearing.

Missed this gem back in Aug 2022 unless it was mentioned on another thread. Charges against both officers were dismissed.
