SCOTUS Immunity Ruling

The ruling on Presidential immunity for actions taken while in office won't be heard until after the election and will depend on who wins.
If Biden wins we get the obvious ruling right after the election that nobody is above the law. If trump wins, SCOTUS rules in his favor but will need to delay the ruling until Biden leaves office to prevent him from having trump arrested and sent to Gitmo for interrogation. And waterboarding isn't torture...
