Uh, no. Just not engaging in your stupid false equivalency. Stewart has a show in which that is all he does. Why do you want think there is such a problem in the first place?
Stewart makes fun of conservatives and liberals. You've got your panties so bunched up over his mocking of conservatives like a whining snowflake that you've missed his mocking of liberals.

Are you going to blame this "problem" all on Stewart and his mocking of conservatives? Do you really believe that trump, tucker, etc. mocking liberals has no impact on this "problem"? You're fvcking delusional and avoid responsibility like a toddler.

My translation was correct: you can’t so you continue to tap out with lame excuses. Maybe you should head over to AGS and hone your game in the minors. You're not big league material right now. :coffee:

Yes. Stewart never has clips on YouTube or elsewhere. When faced with someone halfway informed, he folds. Same as you. Too lazy to do full research and doesn't have mastery of his topic. Just what he's told and he was told Trump bad, and that's reflected in the fact Trump supporters aren't interested in talking to polling or anyone else. The moralizing has been old for years.

This post should be in response to someone who regularly posts bullshit and has her own special brand of moralizing which you never both to call out.

Right. So you’ve never watched him or you’re incapable of paying attention enough to recognize his criticisms of the left.

Yet you’re clearly well versed and clever enough to not have to resort to talking about if your case or to insult in order to prove a point.

Agree with this assessment...of course when the chips were all on the table in '16, Bernie cucked for another lake house. Bernie is part of the problem/reason the Dems are where they are.

What does this even mean to you? At worst, Bernie’s a cuck for having a net worth of $500K - $2 million (depending on whose numbers) with a couple of homes? Versus all of the vow of poverty sworn MAGA politicians you support?

Christ, I have middle class friends with lake places and multiple rental properties who haven’t even authored a book.

This is the reason Trump and the MAGA party won? Their humble lifestyle and retirement planning? Are you sure?

Oh stop it, where were your posts on here declaring a red wave coming? If you follow those all the time then why weren't you making those predictions? As for independent media, the problem is, there are so many of them, I could find tons who did predict what happened yesterday, but also find tons that predicted just the opposite. There are too many and they're basically a roll of the dice. It's like playing roulette and placing a bet on every number. Sure, one will be right, but you lost far more than you won.
Rasmussen dude. He's been talking about what his polling has been seeing for months. He's great because he points out his limitations and informs a person.

As for finding new sources, just find them and start winnowing down if their predictions/analysis isn't truthful.

People like this, a data analyst who explains why they got their totals. You know, showing your work.

Now we just need to account for Joe Biden getting 20 million more votes than Obama, Hillary and Kamala. Racist Dems.
Yep. I keep seeing this claim Trump got 12% of the black vote in 2020 (which are estimates based off exit polls which of course aren’t all that accurate because they do more urban/sururban than rural, and some people won’t participate). PEW (considered pretty much the gold standard) estimates Trump got 9% of the black vote in 2009.
https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/20 ... 0-victory/
So sounds like Trump significantly increased from 2020 to 2024 his share of the black vote.

Simple, millions chose not to vote for either piece of shit.

Also, 3 million fewer votes than 2020 doesn’t sound like much of a mandate.

Try less than 1 million less (bout 960k) as of now 8:54 PM ECB.

Also thank you Gen X.
…….here's what exit polling showed for 2024 voters aged 45-64:

Harris – 45%
Trump – 53%

This is a dramatic increase from 2020, where the same age group favored Trump over Joe Biden by only +1 percent. Younger generations, of which a big part of Gen X would've been four years ago, favored Biden. So, what's to account for the swing toward Trump?…….

I just did the same 8 days ago coming back from the Shenandoah Valley. I was literally counting the 100 miles of US 340 (mostly 2 lane) from Shenandoah VA to Frederick MD. In VA Page, Warren, Frederick, and Clarke Counties. I drive that route a double digit number of times a year. Trump signs Page Co it was 40+ Trump properties until the 1st Harris/Walz. Granted Page is the furthest from DC and it is Conkistan. Trump still outnumbered in Warren & Frederick Counties. The only places Harris/Walz outnumbered were Boyce and Berryville, both Clarke Co, so maybe Clark Co overall outnumbered Trump, but that’s because that’s the closest of those counties to DC, and most of those people work in NOVA/DC. Trump signs were outnumbered there also in 2020 and I think in 2016, but it’s hard to remember.

Commiela will easily win VA, but by less than the 10 pts in 2020.
I was in wine country and I'm sure my route leaned more liberal. Like you said, I 100% still believe the suburbs and towns in those areas are Trump country (which i did not drive through, except for The Plains and Middleburg which were most Harris/Walz signs).

That said, the areas I drove through definitely did not have this many Harris/Walz signage even four years ago, let alone eight.
Virginia:
2020: Biden +10.1
2024 Harris +5.2

Your sign theory doesn’t hold water.

Out in the Heartland there aren't many signs for either side around here where Trump signs used to bloom like flowers. The Harris signs are the first Ive seen for any Democrat since Obama. Never saw a single Clinton of Biden sign in the country.

The narrative that Harris lost because of the persistence of the patriarchy, sexism, racism, and misogyny is simply just wrong (I'm sure those things did exist and did influence some voters). But as Carville once said a long time ago, it's the economy, stupid. In the end, the biggest reason for the Democratic rout was the reckless letting loose of inflation and the worst economic performance since the Carter administration.
