Not to pile on here, as Haiti has been an unfortunate disaster almost since it fought for it's independence from France (and France's resulting isolating of Haiti for years as retribution - seriously, France f'd up this place pretty well, made sure they started off broken). But didn't the Clintons, through the Friends of Bill, steer tons of rebuilding work in Haiti to their political supporters while Hillary was SoS (this is after the earthquake or storm damage there in Haiti almost a decade)? Did all that political graft not result in anything?

Usually that sort of thing mostly winds up being pocketed by the contractors.
