You could change home to office in that tweet, and It would basically be the same result

I prefer presidents who are not convicted felons, who have not had a TRO placed against them, are not in contempt of court, and do not force a constitutional crisis.

Good. Lone, judge shopped, district court judges shouldn’t be able to grant nationwide injunctions. Their injunctions should only be good in their circuits. Let SCOTUS rule on the DOGE freezes.

The normal
-lone district court judge ruling
-then appealed 3 judge panel
-then appealed full circuit
-then appealed to SCOTUS
takes WAY to long even expedited. A so called ‘Constitutional Crisis’ will speed things up Bigly.

You have to use BDK's nitpicking MO against him...

Paul tweeted that "this is going to be a 3 part thread" and that tweet is part 1. Paul then follows with another tweet that starts with "Pt 2..." but I didn't see a tweet that started with "Pt 3" thereby invalidating whatever argument Paul was trying to make.

;)

Andreesen is a pretty smart dude so he probably makes some good points. We should be asking: Does the good that the CFPB does outweigh the bad? How can we improve the bad without negatively impacting the good? i.e. don't throw away the baby with the bathwater.

It didn't help much when John McCain and his buddies stole all that money in the S&L scandal. Then American tax dollars were used to pay it back after they stole all of it. Just like the Wall Street and auto bailouts in 2008

When Trump takes Gaza and rebuilds it, how many Pulitzer Peace Prizes should he win? 30? 50?

That is the coolest thing about Trump, when he wants something he just takes it. Makes money hand over fist and adds to the legend

Absolutely.

I would rather a problem go away. Its stupid to take that card off the table. What does MGR88 always say? "but, but, but they started it" But Trump" "RUSSIA" and now "ethnic cleansing"

I wasn’t using a ‘MAGA’ source. You don’t need one to lay out the known federal the judicial process. :suspicious:
Both sides have done it lots of times in the past (judge shopped for a one judicial judge circuit from their side to give a nationwide injunction).

You don’t need a source to know that, or know the process which can take years but can also be greatly expedited:
-Circuit judge
-3 judge panel from that circuit
-Full circuit court
-SCOTUS

Don't disagree on Andreessen but what if they're both right and there is good and bad about the CFPB?

Should we be throwing the baby out with the bath water?

A good leader would try to save the good and get rid of or fix the bad. A lazy/selfish leader would say get rid of it all. What will trump and musk try to do?
