“No tDS infected leg to stand on” is a form of name calling.

Your “they did it first” argument doesn’t work. Obama’s ICE/CBP wasn’t assaulting American citizens on a regular basis and picking up immigrants in the process of becoming legal who were productive members of society and whose only “crime” was coming to this country as a child decades before and detaining and deporting them (you know, the worst of the worst LIE we were told).

And it’s Capitol Police with an O. I supported them because they were the victims of assault not the instigators of it. Who the fuck tear gasses kids in Halloween costumes, intentionally shoots praying pastors in the head with pepper balls, etc? These people need to be identified, investigated and likely charged with crimes.

You have no clue what ICE and CBP were doing under Obama just like we NEVER saw the inhumane treatment under Obama until they tried to pass it off as Trump's cages and evil ICE/CBP.

You got links for praying pastors deliberately being shot in the head, or are you just making that up like all your stories?

Gobbling up unsupported claims like a champ. If it wasn't for your double standard, you'd have no standards. Just flapping in the TDS winds like Capt Ahab hoping to one day get his cheeto colored whale.
Plenty of evidence backed up by judicial rulings so hardly "unsupported claims".

Google is your friend you lazy ass ...

phpBB [video]

The pastor definitely put the agents in immediate danger of harm. Serious enough danger to justify violating their own rules about shooting people in the head. :sarcasm:

 Hopefully it knocked some sense into the "pastor". He sure did raise his hands up in anger. Jesus never would have done that.

Guy was fine and apparently had problems not crossing the boundary he was supposed to remain behind. You wanted to hang grannies taking selfies around J6, but are just fine with agitators making our law enforcement officials jobs much more dangerous. TDS.

TDS and fake news! are the last bastions of defending an authoritarian. :loser: I thought you right wingers were all for freedom and limited government.
They are, but unlike you, aren't willing to fall for "unnamed sources" over and over again. You still buy Russia collusion. See how well anonymous crap works on you?

Or you could just admit that what the ICE agent did was wrong on any level.

Didn’t Jesus say something about judging others?

He supports MAQA Christo-fascists and sells out Christians doing their best to actually follow Jesus’ teachings like loving your neighbor and helping the poor and less fortunate.

You done ICE work before, especially after guys like you whip the crowd into a frenzy? Didn't think so.

You too love CHP during J6. Probably started a GoFundMe, now you've turned your back on them. They no longer useful to you?

Dude…they were literally on a roof top.

I support good cops. I’ve mentioned relatives in LE before. Just got off the phone with another one as a matter of fact. A kid who I hired at the golf course and eventually took over for me. Talked for an hour about how his training was going. He’s learning that if you just treat most tweakers and addicts as human, they are cooperative.

Yeah…I like good cops regardless of politics. :coffee:

He is not well and it’s highly unlikely this will improve. More likely to see further decline. At one point someone claimed he had made 400 posts and retweets within just a couple of hours late last night.

At what point is he removed from office?

Trump’s America…where convicted Honduran drug dealing president has his sentence commuted but Honduran young lady trying to better herself through education is arrested and sent back to Honduras. In defiance of a judge’s order.

Friendly with Central American drug dealers but not students while disobeying the courts is what MAGA voted for.

From your own article. She was required to leave in 2015 and never did.
Tricia McLaughlin, a spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security, said in an emailed statement that an immigration judge had ordered Ms. López to be deported in 2015, when she was a child. “She received full due process and was removed to Honduras,” Ms. McLaughlin said.

It doesn’t look like it includes January 6 either.

We can now add bovino and ICE/CBP’s acts of of violence every time they violate their own rules and/or the Constitution (ICE is grabbing U.S. citizens, defying its own rules and the Constitution
& Trump’s Immigration Forces Deploy “Less Lethal” Weapons in Dangerous Ways, Skirting Rules and Maiming Protesters
). Looks like the right might have retaken the lead.

You call anything you don’t like fake news.

The problem with that is that the government has not provided proof of such an order and a federal judge ordered the government not to remove her from the U.S. and not to transfer her outside of Massachusetts. She should have been kept in the Massachusetts until this was resolved.

Why would they ignore a judicial order and transfer her out of Massachusetts so quickly?

What part of the bolded above do you not understand? A judge ordered the government not to deport her but they did it anyway. Why did the government ignore the judge's order? I would think it supersedes the removal order, at least temporarily.

What is your odd obsession with gay sex?

Regardless your hang ups, the family got a notice to appear in court, that is on record in PACER that their asylum was denied and they needed to leave. Follow that up with a 2017 meeting that told them the same. If the family moved, they also didn't follow the law by letting the government know where to send communication, but that isn't being said. Lastly, they didn't bother to come through a port of entry like required, but hopped the border. That's a lot of breaking the law.

The judge is pulling the usual. Girl is gone, but I'm going to stamp my feet and show my TDS.

You're the one who is obsessed with my ass.

The judge's ruling seems pretty reasonable and also temporary (i.e. keep her here while we sort this out). The government simply has to make their case in court, win and then they can deport. The were either impatient or they were worried they didn't have a strong enough case to win. If the judge's verdict doesn't go their way they can appeal. That is the role of the judiciary and how the legal process works.

The government doesn't get to ignore the judge's ruling because they don't like it, disagree with it, or think the judge has tDS.

I don't have a problem with them taking action against individuals involved in religious persecution. Based on their giving refugee status to the South African Boers and pulling TPS status from refugees from a variety of war torn countries (Myanmar, etc.), I doubt their ability to do so objectively

Will they take action against the mostly Christian militia members that committed mass killings and violence against Muslims in the Central African Republic a decade ago? Would they have done so against Serbian Christians for crimes against Bosnian and Kosovan Muslims? Christians aren't and will not be the only persecuted religion on this planet but something tells me it's the one they'll focus on.
