Oh…well then help me understand this assertion:
not enough capitalist in Puerto Rico as 45 % of the population is on some type of government assistance
How many capitalists do you need? Can everyone be a capitalust?

I’ll try my best to follow along.

You don’t find 45% high? They aren’t capitalist because capitalism doesn’t promote being on the dole

If you mean welfare or social programs that seems high. Otherwise, Elon Musk is also on government assistance.

Capitalists by definition are the owner class who invest wealth and employ workers in other companies or their own to make to provide the majority of their income. There are very few capitalists.

All OECD countries are mixed market economies. Capitalism with varying degrees of social spending to provide a reasonable standard of living and maintaining infrastructure and the commons like parks, schools, and roads.

45 % of the population is on some type of government assistance where they have to apply for it like SNAP. That is a shockingly high percentage for an Island of 3.4 million people

Past the tipping point of hope because too many are relying on the incompetent government to support them.

Alabama Apt complex, actually a nice one, water bill is pegged at like $225 a month regardless of how much you actually use. Son in law questioned management and was basically told pay it pay or your water gets shut off… any further questions Yank …
Sounds like price gouging to me. Find a different apartment.
I forgot about this

They moved out about a year ago, never got to the bottom of it and no time for lawyers in the short time they were in Alabama
