Re: Trump Qabinet/Appointments

I keep hearing that protesters shouldn't be impeding law enforcement from performing their dury. Why is kos-play kristi and DHS impeding Congress from performing their duty?

Day after Minneapolis shooting, Noem ordered new restriction on congressional oversight
A federal judge rejected a nearly identical policy last month, noting that federal spending laws require unrestricted congressional visits to ICE detention facilities without advanced notice, a key part of congressional oversight responsibilities.

In her new order, Noem said she disagreed with the decision of U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb. But she said she would work around it by using only funds from a separate law — the One Big Beautiful Bill Act — to manage congressional visits, sidestepping the restrictions contained in annual spending laws.

“ICE must ensure that this policy is implemented and enforced exclusively with money appropriated by OBBBA,” Noem wrote. She contended that unannounced visits created unsafe conditions for both lawmakers and ICE agents, and she accused lawmakers of creating “circus-like” publicity stunts rather than conducting “legitimate oversight.”
kos-play kristi is playing games to impede Congresspeople from doing their jobs. Where is the MAQA outrage? Or is the outrage selective based on who is doing the impeding and who is being impeded?

I anxiously await your pretzel like explanation why this is different and kos-play krisit is completely justified and not impeding Congress or violating the law in any way.
