It's funny because it is a sophisticated piece of satire that rings true. It is clearly intended as satire. No one thinks it is true and it is not presented under such false pretense.

Not only has the fake GW picture been photo shopped, it is intended to make fun of the intelligence of one of the few Presidents with an actual Master's degeree, with better grades than Gore and probably better grades than Obama - but we don't know because Barry refuses to release his transcripts.
