Don't they have seat belt laws in AZ? Doubt those trucks have seat belts back there.

Was the person who wrote that born in America? If so he isn't a Mexican, he is an American.

I wondered the same thing. If they do, they need to be enforced. Pull over the truck ask the offenders for I.D....

I'm more worried about Abdul blowing up skyscrapers than I am about Jose picking strawberries in Carlsbad.

Oh you cant pull them over for breaking the seatbelt law, that would be racial profiling and upset the illegals.

Me, too. Legal Mexicans have nothing to fear or complain about.

That is not illegal in Arizona. It has been proposed, but always voted down as an infringement on people's rights.

Border control and naturalization (immigration) is the sole responsibility of the Federal government. It is not a concurrent power.

This is not about naturalization or border control. It's about getting those who have already breached both of those problems and have become a local problem.

Gives a good idea or at least some idea though of the situation. 54% of ALL illegals are Mexican? I honestly didn't know the percentage was that high. There ain't a doubt in my mind that we need them. There has to be a way to set this all up so it is a win-win for the vast majorities of both legal Americans while providing them a path to making money and softening their impact on the local economies they reside in.

Unfortunately it's gonna take the government cracking down on the ones that hire the illegals if they have a guest worker program or something like that.

I say unfortunately because I almost never ever say we should have the government be more intrusive.
