Agree wholeheartedly, BUT there is a difference between that and the Attorney General criticizing the legislation and threatening to take legal action against it. How can the AG make such a statement without understanding the law? It boggles the mind. Afterall, it's not like the bill was 2,000 pages or anything. It's only 10 pages long.

I was going to say the same thing.

The goal is look confident in your knowledge of the law even if you've never heard of the law you're talking about.

Present company excluded of course. I learned the use of the phrase "I don't know, but I can look it up" goes a long way even though its inevitable that, like Holder, you look stupid up front. Most attorneys don't follow that practice though.
