What is your argument for where the Constitution authorizes the Federal government to force people to buy health insurance?

My argument is that it's not there. My argument is that the idea was that the Constituion specified the powers of the Federal government and that if the power is not specified it was not intended to be there. That principle was subverted by the utilitarian doctorine of "implied powers." That is crap. That is not the way it was intended.

The idea was to have a very constrained Federal government that could not do anything the Constitution didn't explicitly empower it to do.
