Yes, I realize that and no, I don't think you should deport the children that have grown up here because thier parents came here illegally. However, that isn't the point. Some people who defend this amnesty by Obama these people who were brought over as children down't know the country they were born in, blah, blah, blah.

Well, illegal immigrants who were brought over before they hit their 16th birthday as eligible for the Obama amnesty. So we have teenagers who were brought over at the ages of 13, 14, 15, who spent the majority of their youth in Mexico or Central America, yet they can't be deported because they don't know the country they were born in.

People have 18 yrs before they're an adult. I wouldn't have as much of a problem with this if it was limited only to those who had spent the MAJORITY of those 18 yrs in the US- if the cutoff had been 9 yrs of age instead of 16, and they were able to PROVE when they were brought over.

Another thing, you're going to have a lot of people who came over after they'd turned 16, but will claim they were brought over before 16. This is going to be ripe for abuse.
