I think slim to no chance even on manslaughter given what has come out at the trial. Huge prosecutorial over reach. This prosecutor ought to be canned for:
-prosecuting the case in the 1st place when there was almost no chance at a conviction.
-doing a huge over reach with a murder 2 charge
-using as their "star" witness a bumbling, as Cluck put it, Jabba the Hut. And every other witness they have called has helped the defense as much, if not more.
