Two months missing...

Hillary Must Explain Her 2-Month Email Gap

6:44 PM ET

Hillary Clinton assured the country in March that she had turned over every single work-related email from her private server. So why are there no emails for two months during a critical time at State?
Here's what Clinton said at that March press conference. "I ... provided all my emails that could possibly be work-related, which totaled roughly 55,000 printed pages, even though I knew that the State Department already had the vast majority of them. We went through a thorough process to identify all of my work-related emails and deliver them to the State Department."
Now it turns out that there are two months during which — if Clinton's statement above is to be believed — she apparently didn't send any emails at all while Secretary of State.
"There are no emails between Clinton and her State Department staff during May and June 2012," reports the Daily Beast — which is hardly a right-wing news outlet — after reviewing 2,000 messages that have so far been made public.
These weren't just any two months, either. They happened to be when violence was erupting in Benghazi and when Clinton's top aide — Huma Abedin — obtained a special exemption that let her work for the State Department and for the Clinton Foundation.
On May 22 of that year, for example, a rocket-propelled grenade hit the International Red Cross's office in Benghazi."
A few weeks later, an IED blew a 12-foot hole in the wall of the U.S. consulate there. Five days after that, an RPG hit a convoy carrying the British ambassador.During that same email gap, Abedin received her "special government employee" status. The Associated Press has been trying for two years to get records relating to this unusual work situation, only to get stonewalled by the State Department.
You'd think there would have been as much email traffic about these events as there were about Hillary's struggles with her office fax machine.
Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., who heads the House Benghazi investigation, had already complained about "gaps of months and months and months" in the Clinton emails that had been turned over to his committee. A particularly suspicious one, he said, is during Clinton's Oct. 18, 2011, trip to Libya, during which she was photographed using her Blackberry.
"We have no emails from that day. In fact we have no emails from that trip," Gowdy said.Of course it's possible that Clinton avoided sending emails during these trying times. And she could have been playing solitaire on her Blackberry when a reporter snapped that picture on her Libya trip.
And maybe she inadvertently deleted 87,640 minutes worth of emails on her server while she was stretching across her desk to grab her iPad.
Her campaign says not to worry, "more emails are slated to be released by the State Department next week, and we hope that release is as inclusive as possible."
Since Clinton has already been caught in several lies pertaining to her highly suspicious and possibly illegal private email account, saying "trust me" won't do.

She's an overt lying crook.

I'm really beginning to question the polls showing her with 47% in a General Election.

I genuinely don't believe that 47% of the electorate ARE REALLY THAT FUCKING STUPID!!!

U.S. District Judge blasts State Department, denies request for extending deadline to produce Clinton and staff emails...

Judicial Watch: Kerry Stalling in Clinton Email Response

By Jason Devaney
Thursday, 30 Jul 2015 18:19 PM

Secretary of State John Kerry asked for a delay of nearly 40 days regarding his required response to a lawsuit surrounding the Hillary Clinton email scandal, according to newly released information.
Judicial Watch reports Kerry, who already had been given 60 days to respond to a lawsuit filed by the organization, sought to extend that by 38 days. The lawsuit asked for Clinton's emails during her time as secretary of state (2009-2013); she has admitted to using a private email address and a private, home-based server to conduct her official government business, a breach of the normal protocol for government workers.

The lawsuit also seeks to get ahold of emails sent and received by other government employees, as other people — including Clinton's top aide Huma Abedin  — are alleged to have used a private email address during their time at the State Department as well.
Kerry, according to Judicial Watch, wanted to delay his response to the lawsuit in order to combine it with a similar lawsuit, filed by the Cause of Action Institute. That suit was filed six weeks after Judicial Watch filed its suit.
"Secretary of State Kerry and the Obama administration are obstructing the courts at every turn on the Clinton email scandal," Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. "Secretary Kerry doesn't want to answer to the public or to the court about why he hasn't taken steps required by law to secure Hillary Clinton's emails, which he knows includes unsecured classified material. The law requires quick action and our lawsuit may be the best vehicle for finally forcing action to recover and preserve all the government documents and classified information Mrs. Clinton is unlawfully keeping."

A federal judge, meanwhile, blasted the State Department for dragging its feet in responding to requests filed by The Associated Press to release emails and other correspondence tied to Clinton during her time at the department.
"Now, any person should be able to review that in one day — one day," said U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon regarding a request for some 60 emails. "Even the least ambitious bureaucrat could do this."In March, The Associated Press sued to force the State Department to turn over emails and other government documents during Clinton's tenure. The AP sought a legal remedy after its Freedom of Information Act requests, dating three to five years, went unfulfilled.
Congressional investigators this year have been trying to get Clinton to testifyabout the 2012 Benghazi attacks, and they'll get their chance at an October hearing. The committee tasked with investigating the attacks will also question Clinton about her email practices during the hearing, which will be public.
Send them to prison!

The IT company Hilary Clinton chose to maintain her private email account was run from a loft apartment and its servers were housed in the bathroom closet, Daily Mail Online can reveal.

Daily Mail Online tracked down ex-employees of Platte River Networks in Denver, Colorado, who revealed the outfit's strong links to the Democratic Party but expressed shock that the 2016 presidential candidate chose the small private company for such a sensitive job.

One, Tera Dadiotis, called it 'a mom and pop shop' which was an excellent place to work, but hardly seemed likely to be used to secure state secrets. And Tom Welch, who helped found the company, confirmed the servers were in a bathroom closet.

It can also be disclosed that the small number of employees who were aware of the Clinton contract were told to keep it secret.

The way in which Clinton came to contract a company described as a 'mom and pop' operation remains unclear.

However Daily Mail Online has established a series of connections between the firm and the Democratic Party.

I'd say worse than the e-mails are all the "unexplained" murders surrounding Bill and Hillary.

Might just be the most ironic reply ever posted on CS.com.

You think it's so unlikely - funny even - that someone could create a goofy video just to be an elaborate troll

Yet you assign a level of competence to the government that allows it to fake moon landings and terrorist attacks (without a single one of the hundreds of thousands of actors leaking anything)

I wouldn't expect her to know how to wipe a HDD clean.

But I would expect a former Senator and the Sec. of State to know that she will have her share of classified/TS level emails.

ADDITIONALLY, when the government assigns you an email address, that is already going through their servers, why go out and pay for your own? What purpose does that serve? Why go through the effort of hiring and paying for a server to be placed in your home, when your office already has the infrastructure in place...at no cost to you? That doesn't make sense. You can't handle 2 email accounts and your emails prove you don't know when you do and don't have meetings with POTUS and you want to be the leader of the country? I'm sorry, but there's something rotten going on it. The arrogance of this broad.

Of course, Clinton will never answer the question (or any question) truthfully. I can't wait for the eventual statement about her administration will be the most transparent. :dunce:

Her campaign’s press secretary, Brian Fallon, held a conference call with reporters on Wednesday, and emphasized the point that the designations for intelligence classifications are highly subjective

Uh...it's my experience using classifications that it's more objective i.e. based on facts. You don't send an unclass email that has some sort of diplomatic strategy or even memo's that discuss something about consulate security.

She's so full of shit. There's no question as to why more and more people find her untrustworthy and that the democrats are getting anxious. They hitched their wagon to a dying horse. If Biden gets in ( which I think he will) Clinton will probably be done.

She doesn't need to know how they work. My company handles my email for me. Why would I go and get my own server? What purpose does that serve? It's shady. Why? Has she even answered the question of why did she need her own server vs. the one that her .gov email will go through. And why have your own email, when you sent out a memo saying that doing so was against policy? She's a lying piece of shit.
