Your reasons are completely obvious and I also don't get the big push back about it. "Oh I'll fuck with it!" good for you? Nobody riding in it is gonna give much of a fuck and it will record your fucking with it I'd bet and then you would probably face the same types of things if you were fucking with a normal car on the highway.

How is a self driving car so threatening to anyone? Fucking Luddites.

There is no lawyer proof algorithm that could ever be written for truly self driving cars.

Plus, there are too many assholes like me that will fcuk with them on the road

let's enjoy the viable electric cars and stop believing in fairy tales and unicorns... maybe in 1000 years when we have a sensible civilization reset (where we kill all the lawyers) will we see self driving cars as the norm
A self-driving car allows more accurate return fire.

I was thinking that as I typed my post...you can hold a fairly steady rifle or a couple pistoleros if the car drives itself.

Of course if you are old and/or lack vision it probably ain't gonna help much. :D

Who gives a fuck what some self driving car advocates have mentioned? Nobody will be banning anything no matter that some people might have been playing a game of "pick on the retard" with you and telling you that the ban is on it's way.

Automated factories have reduced risks on humans and so forth and also due to efficiency has made it less practical for human to work in those facilities and so forth...but no one anywhere had banned factory workers if they desire using them. Now could you say it has displaced some workers...sure it has.

What worker would be displaced in a self driving car situation?

And they've got reliability issues. Saw this on USA Today and CNN. Sounds like a lot of auto makers with new models- rushed them out too early..

Saw my first X today. Not nearly as good looking as the S. Looked more like a Ford instead of a luxury car.

Well I'll be. I saw one of those Tesla's you guys have been talking about today when I made a pit stop in Grosse Tete. I recognized it because it opened that hatch door thingey up after it pulled up and some guy got out of the back seat and got into the front seat. Then I looked at the front and saw the Tesla logo. That may be the first Tesla I've ever seen. For sure it's the first one I consciously recognized as such. Snapped a picture. Which I'd caught it with the door opening upward but was too late.

Interesting idea but why would Tesla mess with a truck? Build more cars and SUVs first.

I won't bore anyone with unibody vs body on frame talk, but a unibody truck isn't really a truck (I'm looking at you Honda).

Sorry I should have been more specific, I meant chick SUVs like Rav4's, CR-Vs, Escapes, etc. that are good for hauling your dog but nothing else.
