No really. Be objective. Think about Ferguson. It was pretty much confirmed that the guy was a thug. We all saw the video of the strong arm robbery. For some reason people objected to that bit of truth being shown but it was the truth. There was this attempt to establish this narrative of that guy being a "gentle giant" and it was blown out of the water by that video. And all indications are that he attacked the police officer in the car then charged him later. There was absolutely NO real basis for the kind of public outrage that occurred in association with the Ferguson thing.

In this case you had a couple of guys that burned brush in order to prevent a bigger fire and they were charged under a friggin' anti terrorism law. Really? I mean c'mon.

I don't think they have any chance but I do think there should be a massive reduction in land area owned and/or controlled by the Federal government. Especially out West. It should look much more like the East if not even less than that. There's no reason to allow the Federal government to own and control all that land. It should be controlled by the States it's in or transferred to private ownership.
