88 gets it, not sure why Cleetus refuses to think.UNI88 wrote:I usually agree with you Cleets but I have to disagree on this one. If I'm correct, it actually goes a long way toward understanding his perspective on the presidential election. Gary Johnson and the Libertarian Party are too pro-choice for him. Trump's more recent statements and positions make him a more appealing candidate but his flip flopping probably makes 89 extremely wary of voting for him. He's not sure but if he doesn't trust Trump, he might just not vote for POTUS.
If you are pro-life because you think killing an innocent child is wrong, you shouldn't be a pussy and say "well that's just my stance and others should be able to decide for themselves". It would be no different than thinking it's wrong to physically abuse a child but watch somebody beat a kid and say the same thing.

So you should support the killing of providers then.89Hen wrote:88 gets it, not sure why Cleetus refuses to think.UNI88 wrote: I usually agree with you Cleets but I have to disagree on this one. I don't have the punishment for abortion providers worked out, but it should probably start with at least their medical license taken away and I could see jail for repeat offenders.
But all of this is moot because of your "no".

Back on the other site long ago he argued against abortion rights on religious grounds
and was pro-death penalty
Over time he has tightened up his logic significantly
and now opposes abortion on "personal grounds"
and has switched his death penalty stance to logically match his abortion stance
It's nice to see
Honestly I'm impressed - smug prick aside

Not quite. My position on abortion has never been on religious grounds, but thanks.

Cleets likes to pretend to know things that he doesn't. Hey Cleetus, does it shock you that I believe birth control is a good thing? Or that I would like to see priests be able to be married?Brock Landers wrote:I fervently hate all religion and agree almost to a point with 89, so yeah, I'd believe it

There are enough abortion threads, just found the one that popped up with a search. Feel free to watch the video and respond or try to find a single post where I wore my religion on my sleeve when it comes to this. AGS has a search feature too. I found the 2007 NC thread quite easily this week.Chizzang wrote:Hey, whatever you say89Hen wrote:BTW, I'd love to see Cleets try to come up with even one quote from me that would point to my pro-life stance being religiously motivated.![]()
