BTW, in the US those flu 10k death, 19 million affected would be a mortality rate of about 1 in 2,000 (1/20th of 1%). To be 2% should be close to 400k deaths.
No reason to panic unless becomes widespread in the US, but the Coronavirus seems a lot worse than the regular flu.

Of course the % is lower, millions and millions get the flu compared to thousands that so far have coronavirus. That right there tells you that the flu, statistically is the bigger deal. You’re missing the point.
