I’ve stated tbat frivilous lawsuits by a leftist group to prevent a conk for running for re-election because you don’t like what they said shouldn’t be allowed, and that the mechanism for removing someone from office who hasn’t been charged with a crime, much less convicted of one, is at the ballot box (primary or general).

If some right wing group sued to keep (insert your wingnut lefty donk congressman here) from running for re-election because of stupid stuff they said, I would say that’s wrong, too.
