Does giving him a chance mean that putin leaves Ukraine at it's pre-invasion borders or does it mean that trump cuts off funding to Ukraine as a favor to his buddy vlad? Because the later isn't really defanging putin and the people of Ukraine and eastern Europe might prefer war to peace at that cost.
