A picture says otherwise. Another one of Biden‘s diversity hires.
What bothers you most about that photo? The double masks or the color of Austin's skin?
Tell us Whiskeyleaks qualifications for the job and we'll compare them to Austin's.
Austin's:
- Commander, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) (2013–2016): Overseeing all U.S. military operations across the Middle East, Central Asia, and parts of South Asia, including ongoing operations in Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan.
- Vice Chief of Staff of the Army (2012–2013): The second-highest position in the Army's uniformed leadership.
- Commander, U.S. Forces–Iraq (2010–2011): He managed the complex withdrawal of U.S. combat forces from Iraq.
- Director of the Joint Staff (2009–2010): A senior Pentagon role coordinating between the military branches and civilian leadership.
- Commanded the 10th Mountain Division and later the 18th Airborne Corps during operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
- Bachelor's degree from West Point and a master's degree in education from Auburn University.
100x might have been generous to Whiskeyleaks.
There you go again, QUNI88, always one to bring up race. But since you did, Biden picks as his running mate a black female who months prior called him a racist on national TV. Biden publicly declared he was only going to pick a black female for SCOTUS. So did the Autopen select Austin as Sec Def because he was black? Well I believe it wouldn’t have if Austin wasn’t.
So what Austin was a high ranking general. Generals are 1st and foremost politicians. And to become a high ranking general you have to have post graduate degrees.
Austin publicly defended the disastrous closing of Bagram while keeping Kabul open. Lots of people who had served in Afghanistan who were no longer in the military (so they weee free to speak their mind) publicly called the closure of Bagram a disastrous decision.
Austin claimed the ANA were capable of defending themselves before they collapsed in a week before the Taliban.
He was in charge of a military that left behind tens of billions of dollars of equipment for the Taliban in Iraq.
Pushed woke trans DEI ideology on the military.
Disasterous recruiting #s (esp Army) 2021-2024 when he was Sec Def.
Like many retired generals, is in bed with the MIC. After retiring, before the Autopen tapped him to be Sec Def, he was on the board of United Technologies/Ratheon. Publicly stated he had no interest becoming a lobbyist. Then after he is no longer Sec Def last year starts a consulting company lobbying on behalf of the MIC..
