Well, he did say that the current 8 justices on the Court are probably in the top 10,000 lawyers in America today (although not in the top 1,000) so that wasn't completely damning.

He wouldn't have been nominated by Clinton, he's too old and it would be chaos during the hearings, but it would've been fun to watch.

I don't know if I'm against vouchers anymore but busing some kids to the nice hoods doesn't solve the long term problem either.
