I don't know about moving cases across state or district lines. Can it be done? IF yes, how is it done and why can it be done? Wouldn't a competent defense team have made the request?

Pretty sure federal cases can be moved anywhere within the 50 states, and state cases have to stay within their respective state.

You give that crowd too much credit, they never would've gone through with almost anything they blustered about. Throwing stuff and punching through a police line is much different than stringing someone up to hang, let alone having the wherewithal to know how to get him up to the dome. Thankfully that riot was done by some of the dumbest folks we as a nation could find. I hope the next riot isn't better put together.

As for Pence, I don't think he has much of a shot in '24. He was never well liked by the one side of the party and the hard right side of the party, as you indicate, doesn't like him now either.
