Murdering rapist comes into the USA illegally
Dad trying to provide for his family comes into the country illegally
Same fucking thing, both criminals get them out and let them come back legally. Biden fuel injected this problem, now we have to fix it by any means necessary

The forgetting to submit a form link was in the post prior to that one. Plenty of other examples out there. I'm sure you'll dismiss them because of questionable statements, traffic tickets, spousal abuse accusations and tattoos (those last 2 apply to hegseth, when are they putting him on a plane?).BDKJMU wrote: ↑Thu May 22, 2025 8:51 pmLink?UNI88 wrote: ↑Thu May 22, 2025 10:36 am

Do you have a link to proof that every single deportee sent to El Salvador was a violent criminal, the "worst of the worst"?

Those "people" are being punished not because they did something illegal but because they said or did something that trump didn't like. trump is the President of the United States. He is using the DoJ to use lawfare to persecute them. There is more to persecution than just violence.
A visa is a privilege and they earned that privilege. Using flimsy reasoning to attempt to take away their visas is a violation of their right to free speech. While some who speak out in support of Palestinians in Gaza probably support hamas, It cannot be assumed that all of them do anymore than it can be assumed that a US political leader supports hamas because he accepts bribes, oops gifts and development contracts, from Qataris leaders who provide financial support for hamas. To argue one and dismiss the other is hypocritical. trump, lil' marco and ICE Barbie should not be rescinding their visas just because they participated in a protest or wrote and op-ed in support of Palestinians without proving their support for hamas. They are here legally and they have the right to due process.
You've failed to provide a logical reason why the South Africans were given special treatment that's been denied to refugees with darker skin. It's more than fair to question whether race was a factor.
-They have all been threatened with violence. Numerous examples- the biggest one would be black S African leaders leading a whole stadium in a chant about how they wanted to kill whitey.
-Many have had their homes/lands confiscated
-Many have been killed.
-More haven’t been killed because of farmers heavily arming themselves along with hiring a massive amount of private security.

Re: trump/musk/vance Border Bloodbath
Why Trump Is So Obsessed With White South Africans
The blatant double standard underscores how this policy ties into Trump’s broader messaging, which has long focused on stoking white grievances and resentment. Specifically, Trump has framed the incoming Afrikaner refugees as white victims who have been mistreated by a majority-Black South African government – and population – that’s out to take what’s theirs. That echoes longstanding fears conservatives have propagated about the racist and conspiratorial “Great Replacement Theory” — the idea that there’s a calculated plan to displace white people with people of color.
...
Experts note that South Africa broadly has a high rate of violent crime, but that it affects both white and Black residents. White farmers’ murders account for fewer than 1% of annual killings nationwide, according to Politifact. And a BBC review notes that of 6,953 people murdered in South Africa between October and December 2024, 12 people were killed in farm attacks — and a majority were likely Black. Such analyses are complicated, though, by the fact that South Africa doesn’t consistently disclose data on the race of victims.
Claims of genocide, however, have been firmly disputed by officials and a South African Court, which called them “clearly imagined and not real” in February.
...
How are Afrikaners being treated differently from other immigrants?
Not only are Afrikaners being admitted to the U.S. as others are not, their applications are also being uniquely expedited. While processing refugee applications typically takes one to two years, Afrikaners who were recently admitted saw that theirs were approved in just a few months. And while other immigrants are being detained for their public support of Palestine due to the White House’s claims that such positions are antisemitic, an Afrikaner refugee who has a history of antisemitic posts was among those recently welcomed to the U.S.

So that was in his 1st 3 1/4 years that the Biden open border admin cut loose into the interior (which doesn’t include millions of got aways). How about the hundreds of thousands of people the Biden admin allowed in as refugees? They didn’t have to wait years. You don’t think they were expedited? You think they were properly vetted? Or vetted at all? (Clearly not with all the crimes we’ve seen committed by Biden ‘refugees’.Migration Policy Institute (MPI) estimate: As of May 2024, the Migration Policy Institute estimates that the Biden administration has allowed approximately 5.7 million migrants who crossed the border irregularly or were lawfully paroled into the country to pursue their immigration cases in the U.S. interior. This number includes those admitted through programs like CBP One app and the CHNV program (for Cubans, Haitians,
After Biden’s shitshow withdrawal from Afghanistan the US took in 200k Afghan refugees. You think they took 2 years to process?
Why would it take 2 years to process 50 Afrikaner applications? So they were processed in a few months. That sounds too long. That’s something that should be done in days/weeks.
But keep crying like an unhinged TDS little bitch about 50 Afrikaner refugees.

Australian woman says she was deported after visiting her U.S. Army officer husband at Hawaii base
Saroukos was held for more screening, including fingerprints and a DNA swab, while her mother was allowed to go. She was then denied entry to the U.S. and told she would be deported back to Australia after spending the night in prison, she said.
...
According to Saroukos, border officials told her they would let her husband know she was being deported – but they never did.
She was then put through a body cavity search before being paraded through the airport in handcuffs and taken to the Federal Detection Center.
“They stated, ‘No, you’re not under arrest. You haven’t done anything wrong, and you’ll be facing no criminal charges.’ So I was very confused as to why this was all happening,” she said.
After arriving at the prison, Saroukos was strip-searched and detained with women who had been convicted of murder and drug offenses, according to the report.
She shared a cell with a woman from Fiji who was also denied entry and awaiting deportation. She was also not allowed to make a phone call to her husband or mother to let them know what happened.
Saroukos said that the following morning, she was brought back to the airport and received a call from the Australian Consulate General in Hawaii, who had been contacted by her mother when they were separated and helped get the two on the same returning flight home.
Eventually, she was able to connect with her husband over the phone.
“I think we were both just very emotional. We hadn’t spoken to each other in 24 hours. He didn’t know where I was or whether I was safe,” she said.
“It’s not only myself, it’s my mother and my husband that also had to endure that pain, my husband being a current serving member, to serve his country and to be treated in that way I find very disgusting,” she said.
Saroukos’ husband is now on leave with her in Sydney after waiting hours for her at the airport and receiving no answers.

Why was she:

- subject to a body cavity search and a later strip search?

Why didn't they notify her husband, a US service member?
Who decides how much luggage/clothing is excessive?

Trump has ordered a critically ill four-year-old Mexican girl to leave the country. She could die within days, experts say
Can Republicans really say that they're the party of life with a straight face?Deysi Vargas’s 4-year-old daughter, named only as Sofia in a GoFundMe page, urgently required better medical care for a life-threatening condition and was granted temporary humanitarian permission to enter the U.S. from her home country of Mexico in 2023, The Los Angeles Times reports.
...
Now the Trump administration has ordered Sofia’s deportation, leaving her at risk of death, an attorney representing the family said.
“This is a textbook example of medical need,” Rebecca Brown of the pro bono firm Public Counsel told the paper. “This child will die and there’s no sense for that to happen. It would just be a cruel sacrifice.”
...
The threat to Sofia’s life was confirmed by Dr. John Arsenault of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she receives regular treatment every six weeks.
Arsenault said in a letter seen by The Los Angeles Times that if there is an interruption to administering nutrition to her system, “it could be fatal within a matter of days.”
The doctor added that patients who receive the treatment, called Total Parenteral Nutrition, at home “are not allowed to leave the country.”
“The infrastructure to provide TPN or provide immediate intervention if there is a problem with IV access depends on our program’s utilization of U.S.-based healthcare resources and does not transfer across borders,” Arsenault explained in the letter.

The South Africans properly and legally applied for asylum and went through the vetting process.UNI88 wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 1:12 pmDoesn't explain the special treatment. Venezuelans ...BDKJMU wrote: ↑Sun May 25, 2025 11:56 am
WRONG.

-Many have had their homes/lands confiscated

-More haven’t been killed because they've fled or capitulated to save their lives.
Did the Venezuelans?
No...

You are correct, Badly. But that's a trump 45 policy to let them in while circumventing the normal procedures.
The problem with this whole thread is you have to disprove the misinformation, before you can actually have the actual conversation. And I blame this all on Trump.

The vetting process that was "expedited" because they were in some sort of immediate danger of being genocided? That's
The danger faced by the South Africans was less than that faced by the Venezuelans. This wouldn't be a big deal if we had either 1) not moved to kick out the Venezuelans or 2) not accepted the South Africans. Doing both is hypocritical.

This time, I'll let the folks at Genocide Watch set you straight.
And, before you try to counter with "statistics" from the South African Police Service...South Africa still is a product of British colonial and apartheid policies instituted by the white supremacist government. Police brutality is rampant, with almost 400 deaths, 124 cases of rape, and 270 cases of torture in 2019 alone. Xenophobic attacks on African immigrants, as well as murders of white farmers, continue with impunity.
AND
The same impunity results from non-prosecution of murders of white farmers. The Marxist, racist
Economic Freedom Front party of Julius Malema encourages these murders, which are meant to terrorize
farmers into emigrating from South Africa. Many of the murders are hate crimes. The perpetrators torture,
rape, and disembowel their victims. They leave Afrikaans Bibles on dead bodies. White farmers are
defenseless because South Africa outlawed private gun possession and disbanded the mutual protection
cooperatives organized by farmers in the past.
https://www.genocidewatch.com/country-p ... uth-africaThe South African Police Service (SAPS) and Metro Police contribute to xenophobic violence through
counterfeit goods raids of foreigners’ homes, which too often become excuses to commit beatings and
destruction. SAPS also conducts “documentation raids”, where police and the Department of Home
Affairs enter peoples’ homes to "verify" their legal status. Even after providing proper documentation,
foreigners are often detained, beaten, and denied access to lawyers. Police brutality is rampant, with
almost 400 deaths, 124 cases of rape, and 270 cases of torture attributed to police action in 2019 alone.

The action comes under the Deferred Enforced Departure program that offers deportation protections and work permits to immigrants in the country without authorization.
The history of the world doesn't agree with your assertion. If you have something that contradicts facts, I would happily consider it.
Can you find any documentation that Venezuelans should remain in Mexico? Why should they even be there?

Genocide Watch thin on transparency and methodology“One of the false uses of Genocide Watch's model for genocide prediction is the claim by some South Africans, racists in the United States, and a few South African expatriates, that South Africa is undergoing a ‘white genocide’,” Stanton told Africa Check. “Genocide Watch has never said ’white genocide’ is underway in South Africa.”
Do you want to compare crime rates in South Africa vs. Venezuela?
