That sucks. CS was better with them.

Honest question and it's not an attack or anything on you, BDK - Are we supposed to take him at his word? The very first questions should be - why should we believe you? Why are you trustworthy? What do you have to gain or lose by speaking out?

And if so, what makes him different from someone like Kelly or Matthis that does have first hand knowledge of things yet they get ignored, ridiculed, etc...?
That should be the first question. Unfortunately that question has not been the first one asked of anyone of either side flinging their accusations around.
I’d say this: why we should take him at his word? He has nothing to protect except his integrity. Otherwise, he has no dog in this fight. Why would ANYONE willingly insert themselves into this fucking goat rope if they didn’t have to?

I felt the same way about Vindman.
Who is this fucking Vindman dude. That motherfucker would have gotten fragged by friendly fire before he made LTJG in the Navy.

Completely disagree. Vindman was part of the swamp. He had an absolute vested interest in status quo.

I disagree. I honestly don't think there is such a thing as an undecided (at least this late in the game), it's about getting your people to come out and actually vote.
 Agreed. The question is can enough Trump voters turn out greater than the number of votes the DNC is going to "manufacturer" with the mail in voting schemes going on. We probably won't have an answer until late November.
lol....historic turnout, Bubba. Bigger the turnout bigger the Blue Tsunami.

The Donald's only chances are voter supression and SCOTUS, the gap will be too wide to make gamed voting machines believable. :coffee:

The news anchor on Russia's news offered him asylum and Putin just tossed him under the bus re the "Biden investigation" :notworthy:

The Donald's next gig will be guarding the front door at the Putin-owned Trump Moscow. :coffee:

Even better, now that he's served his purpose we'll be getting some juicy gossip about things like Helsinki and secret meeting with Russian intel in the Oval Office with no US interpreter present. :thumb:

Of course you disagree. He spoke up against someone who shares your political views. He wasn't an establishment, career DC bureaucrat. He was a decorate soldier who worked at the Pentagon, starting in 2015 before going to the NSC in 2018. If that tenure makes him "the Swamp", then Trump is now part of it as well. :coffee: :twocents:

Didn't we hash this out already? I think he wasn't acting in the best interest of the country. It sounded like he was asking for dirt on Biden - which isn't in the national interest. Quid Pro Quo isn't illegal, we use it all the time. That is essentially what foreign aid, and to a lesser extent, sanctions are.

We may have hashed this out, but my point was about Vindman. He didn't even hear the conversation first hand. He's hardly a patriot.

Trump isn't a part of the DC Swamp. He brought his own personal Swamp with him to DC.

I'm not claiming him a patriot. Just that for someone that was in Washington, for now, less time than Trump, and NOT in a political capacity, he isn't the Swamp. Pelosi, Graham, Schumer, McConnell are the Swamp.

I guess that's where we would disagree. Because it's become painfully obvious, nobody in the US media will report on it.

I thought the NY Post was reporting on it.

And Fox didn't run with it because they were unable to verify a lot of material from the documents. The tragedy isn't that the media isn't reporting on it, it's that the House ran with similarly questionable material to impeach Trump.
